RATES AS OF AUGUST 2024

These rates apply to new clients after August 1, 2024.

Individual Therapy Sessions are $150 for 60 minutes

Couple & Family Sessions are $210 for 60 minutes

I do have a limited amount of spots for pro-bono and sliding scale clients in special cases for a limited time.

I also offer extended sessions upon request if prior rate/time are agreed upon. If you are a new client and would like to use your insurance, I’m now a provider through Grow & Headway. If you are a previous client and wish to use insurance, please use the links below and work directly with Headway & Grow. No additional calls or administration are added to the regularly hourly rates. Any administrative tasks must be discussed prior to services and not assumed at any time during your treatment journey. Additional paperwork or administration calls such as case management or collateral calls may be charged the standard hourly rate/or pro-rated.

You will be responsible for the rate you agree upon at the initial intake of your treatment regardless if you later decide to use insurance payable to Rainforest Counseling. Our goal is always to make treatment affordable if possible, but rates are set prior to services.

Please be advised that Headway & Grow handle all of my insurance paperwork and you will need to go through those links (limited spots) to schedule with my office. Here are both of those links if you want to see if I have a spot available with your insurance:

Your initial intake session will include an assessment that is $200 and typically takes 75-minutes in length. This will be an in depth biopsychosocial history, medical history, and gathering of all information needed to co-create a treatment plan. You will be provided with a copy of the plan (upon request) so you are involved and invested in the creation of our roadmap to your journey. There should never be a time that you feel lost in therapy or "unsure of what I'm working on..."

Sessions generally begin in early treatment 1x per week and once my clients are experiencing stabilization (and attained goals) and noticing progress, they may move to bi-monthly sessions. However, this will be a collaborative experience and determined by level of risk and the client's voice/choice.

Since my practice is only part-time I have very limited spaces and only practice on evenings and Saturdays. Please honor this time for yourself and attend your sessions by being consistent, practicing skills outside of treatment, and committing to the process. I take my work very seriously and my hope is for every client to truly feel a sense of partnership while in my professional care.

Cancellation & Attendance Policy: Please be sure to cancel the session 24 hours before the scheduled session. Otherwise my clients are charged the full rate of the missed session. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to send a direct message.

Please be advised that if you arrive 15-minutes late to your scheduled session that it will be rescheduled and considered a NO-SHOW. Three NO-SHOWS OR last minute cancellations MAY result in discharging from services. If you communicate with me directly, I’m willing to work with you during the event of a significant crisis.

No Surprises Act

Right To Receive A Good Faith Estimate

You may always request what is known as a, “Good Faith Estimate” to explain how much medical care costs.

This means I can provide an estimate of the cost of services if a patient is without insurance or is electing not to use insurance. This includes the cost of each session, estimated number of annual sessions (based on initial information provided during assessment), and will include initial diagnosis code. This can or may be updated in the future. You can ask/request this before you schedule your services and if the services are at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill.

Please feel free to visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3095 if you have any questions or concerns.
